Please note that if the buyer has caused damage to the item(s), it will not be eligible for free repair. However, customers can return the product at their own cost and pay a fee for the repair. Return shipping fees will be the customer’s responsibility in such cases.

If your Formovie Theater requires repairs within the warranty coverage, you will be responsible for the shipping costs to the Australian repair center. We will cover the shipping costs for sending the repaired product back to you.
